Research and Clinical Interests

The pathologic demonstration of angiodysplasia of the colon is very challenging. Using different techniques of fixation, submucosal dissection, and transillumination have been tried. I’m very interested in studying colon specimens from patients undergoing colectomy for massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding in the hope to demonstrate the lesion/s of angiodysplasia.
