Biography:

Dr. Bouffard received his M.D. degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD in 1990. After a transitional internship, he worked for two years as a family physician with the United States Air Force at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL. Dr. Bouffard completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX in 1997.

Dr. Bouffard trained in neuropathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. After completing his fellowship there in 2002, he spent two additional years as a staff neuropathologist and as director of neuromuscular pathology.

After leaving the Air Force in 2004, Dr. Bouffard moved to Dallas where he was an attending pathologist and neuropathologist at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He relocated to New Jersey in 2006, and now does neuropathology and general surgical pathology for Morristown Pathology Associates in central NJ. He practices at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, and Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ.
