Biography:
Dr. Weidenheim received her M.D. degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. She trained in Anatomic, Clinical and Neuropathology in the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals. She worked for three years at Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and then came to Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1988 where she joined the Neuropathology Group in the Kennedy Center. In 1997, she moved across the Bronx to Montefiore Medical Center, The University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she is currently Director of Neuropathology.
